“What happened to the nice lady that used to work the front counter? She was friendly, competent and quick. I could walk in with 15 different pieces of clothing and she had me out the door in five minutes. The older gentleman working the front counter for the last couple of months never says hello, seems to have trouble with the computer, and tends to incorrectly classify the clothing, like saying it's a silk shirt when it isn't. That mis-classification costs the customer $1.00+ per shirt. BRING THE LADY BACK!”
