I forgot that my detailed, rather expensive costume dress was there, and she kept it safe and ready for me for several months! She remembered that I use the dress once a year at Christmas time for a show, and she knew I'd remember it and come get it then. I am speechless about this rarely-seen, top-notch customer service! We use them often now due to this. I tipped her well when I came to get it, and it was well worth it!“
