Had an appointment at 10.00 am but didn't even get in until 10.30. They told me they were waiting for my co-pay information from the insurance. Why couldn't they have called them when they called me to remind me of my appointment the day before. I was pretty upset as they didn't let me know as soon as I signed in.

This was my first visit and my impression was positive. It started off by being seen at 2:15 when my appointment time was 2:15. That may not seem like a big deal, but when's the last time you've gone to a Doctor/Dentist and didn't have to wait. Everyone at this office was friendly and efficient.

I have been a long time patient of this practice. Staff are always friendly and strive to achieve patient satisfaction. Dr. Tran was very knowledgeable and gentle while providing service. Patient education is a priority. Learn something new with each visit. Like the holistic recommendations to enhance traditional care.
