Staff was friendly as well as the X-ray tech however there was no parking and even though I had an appointment I waited over 30 minutes before being called in the back. The entire office is very outdated and dirty. The chairs are filthy and the baseboards. I didn't want to touch anything because there was no hand sanitizer available unlike most facilities. There are old torn magazines on a heavily stained make shift coffee table that shouldn't even be there. Being so overcrowded and not having any health precautions makes me feel very uneasy and I will not be coming back to this particular office.

I want to thank Dr. STEPHEN CHOW, MD, and his staff for everything they have done for me and my family.He has been the most important person in my life and helping me get back.After the passing of my mother, I had to move back home I probably bumped into a couple of walls and probably did some damage. I explained everything to him and he knew the answers before anything happened.He referred me to a different specialist, because of a pinched nerve I had all kinds of issues. After his recommendations he suggested surgery, I am glad to say after going thru the issues I have had with my Wrist, Elbow, and now my spine surgery I will be on the right path to my recovery.Not...read full review

The two x-ray techs seemed nice and competent, as was the person on the front desk. Covid protocols for the facility are sloppy. Masks are not truly mandated inside (customers and two female staff members with masks off their faces, but affixed to their ears), and the cleaning of common contact areas or between clients was non existent. It's a hit and a miss.
