It's a pretty nice wash. There is alot of options during the use of a full wash. I especially love the dog wash for our dogs. The only issue we had was the debit card reader didn't work right. I had to swipe my card a couple times to get one to work. I had to go to different washes to finally get one to work. The issue needs attending. This is an inconvenience.
This car wash has come a long way ever since it used to be High Desert car wash. Previously, most of their equipment was never maintained properly and had issues. Now, Car Wash Mafia keeps up with equipment maintenance and cleanliness pretty well. Unfortunately, I can't really use the automated car wash machine because the rails tend to scratch my wheels, which is really the only negative issue I see. I literally almost use them every day and have the monthly unlimited car wash package, which works out great for me! Keep up the great work!
At first I was worried about my card being overcharged on the self serve but after calling the number on Google I was put into contact Shelly who was able to explain that the card is only a pending charge and the true amount will be the amount charged the next day. Great explanation and support!
