“OK, I see a lot of bad reviews on here and I’ve left a couple reviews myself, but I will say I have been coming To Dr. Khatibi Since they opened their office in the high desert, he is a wonderful doctor and so are his students. I have never had an issue with them nor have I had an issue with the front staff. People need to understand they have a lot of patience so they have to deal with a lot. I mean They have had patience that were there just for medicine and because of addiction and when these patients don’t get what they want, they argue and fight and take it out on the Receptionist and that’s not right that’s why I say they go through a lot. They have to deal with that type of behavior damn near on a daily basis so If the staff seems mad, rude or unhappy, please understand that that’s most likely why just saying it’s hard to deal With people like that ??‍♀️ As I said, I have been coming to this office since they opened up here and they all know me very well and I have never had any issues with any of the doctors nor staff ? i’m actually grateful and appreciative of all of them“
