Customer service was good. the actual execution of the carpet washing was not good. I could have done a better job using my smaller carpet cleaner. I paid $215 for a living room which they said it was too large so it counted as an extra room. three rooms and a small 3x5 hallway.

very dissatisfied with service used them 1 year ago they did a decent job then this time around Paul did a terrible job left dirt and his foot prints on my carpet very disapointed
