I have always done the work on my CAD workstation computer myself. When it started shutting down on its own I thought that I could fix it myself. Sometimes when I started it it would shut down before it could boot up. I attempted to run tests to determine what the problem was but it would always shut down before the tests were completed. Took the wife’s laptop in for repair. Was quoted up to a week for part to arrive. A bit later, Sebastian called to let us know they actually had the part available, they also serviced the laptop as well and it was ready in less than two hours. Talk about customer service…WOW! Lawrence and Sebastian were both very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop for any of your computer needs.
