We recently had a hot water pipe leak in the concrete slab of our house while we were away on vacation. After water remediation we needed to have repairs done to put our house back together again. Wallace Termite and Construction completed all of the work in a very timely manner. They installed new sheet rock, textured, and painted the walls that were damaged. They sealed and filled the hole in the slab where the pipe busted. They replaced vinyl floors in multiple rooms, replaced new baseboards, replaced linen and entry closet. I was in the process of buying a house and part of this process involved a form that no one else seemed to be using. I was scheduled to close on 5/28/2021. Every other inspection agency did not have availability until after mid June. Wallace Termite called me back and said we can be there first thing tomorrow at 9:30.I met James who was 15 minutes early. Kind, professional, and easy to talk to. He was quick and efficient.
