I’ve had to return 3 times in two weeks to put temp crown back on… keeps coming off.I’ve sat in dental chair 1 hr waiting for dentist to even show up and do anything..It’s ridiculous how unprepared they are for patients at the time of appointments..Not a happy client!

1. I went to my appointment at the scheduled time but I had to wait to 30 minutes in the waiting room. Then I had to wait 40 in the treatment chair. When a male doctor came, he didn’t have the courtesy to even acknowledge my excessive wait and he rushed the treatment.2. In another appointment Dr. Simran Kaur told me that my bridge needed replacement and I needed one crown. When I went to another dentist, he told me I didn’t need any of that.

I was initially not happy with my lower denture. Then I was seen by Dr. Bennet about the lower denture and he made it right. Still a little concerned about getting through on the phone, but I know now to press one when it gets to that part of their message.
