“First of all I have to say this 3 day class was amazing it was so thorough from beginning til end. I was so apprehensive at first but once I was there I realized it was such a good fit. The only thing that made me question it was a naggy voice in my conscious. But once I actually experience it first hand. I realized it was absolutely life changing. Sheena the instructor was so very helpful every step of the way she gave us all every opportunity to ask any question we wanted or needed to. She made me feel so very at home the whole time. It felt like I was with family learning the entire experience. She went above and beyond to make sure every student was fully informed the whole time. Whether they got the information or not depended on if they actually payed attention during the lessons.
