Did some dry rot repair for me a little over 2 years ago. At the time, I thought he did a good job but recently saw a problem with wood separating up on the barge rafter. This is not easy to notice high up and I only found it when looking out my upper floor window accidentally. He did not return any of my calls or text messages until I called him from another number one day. Said it was a little past their 2 year guarantee but understands how it could be missed so he said he was going to send a crew. I scheduled time off to be home to show the crew but no one came.
