Did some dry rot repair for me a little over 2 years ago. At the time, I thought he did a good job but recently saw a problem with wood separating up on the barge rafter. This is not easy to notice high up and I only found it when looking out my upper floor window accidentally. He did not return any of my calls or text messages until I called him from another number one day. Said it was a little past their 2 year guarantee but understands how it could be missed so he said he was going to send a crew. I scheduled time off to be home to show the crew but no one came. During a time when contractors shrug off work by ignoring calls or inflating bids, Pasquett stands out as an exception. They not only gave us a fair and detailed estimate, but they quickly and clearly responded to all communication. The work--which included replacing field/rake tiles and rotted wood--was efficient yet impeccable. Folks on the job worked hard all day, were extremely polite and professional, and cleaned up so well afterwards that you'd never know they had been there!
