The house is a rental. I like the fact that the Scheduling is done directly with the tenant which simplifies coordination. Billing is done over the phone, so the owner needs not be onsite to pay the bill. The technician sent pictures of what he was checking. However, the pictures showed a handheld meter with values on the screen, but I had no idea of what and where he was measuring and what those values meant. As a result, the pictures were meaningless. The owner lives in a different state. So, he can't be on site to ask questions.

Had 3 plumbing issues that I needed addressed. The technician (Ed) they sent out was fabulous. Ed had all the right parts to fix the issues and everything was done on time. Every space was cleaned up a left in excellent shape. When looking for a plumber, Gilmore is a great consideration.
