Favorite spa salon – time-tested! ? I have been going to this spa salon for over a year now, and each visit is like a small holiday for the soul and body. They really know how to take care of their clients here: it is always clean, cozy, calm and homely warm. The solarium is one of the best I have tried: new equipment, everything is sterile. Love coming here. Im always greeted with a smile and by my name! The employees here are always so friendly and hopeful even when they understaffed. I do think the head of management needs to do a better job of having their employees bsck when custoners are down right riude and beligerant to their employees. The customer is not always right. The employee should not be belittled by any customer for enforcing a policy or for making a mistake. customer wants to have a tantrum because they didnt get what they wanted should be giving a warning and if threaten an employee they should be banned. I go the Antelope location most frequently. The staff is always pleasant and professional and great at explaining the services and products available. I just tried the new spray bed with the extra features and I’m obsessed with how it came out. I’m out here looking like a bronzed goddess.
