The staff were all AMAZING. From the front desk, to the nurses to the X-Ray technician, every person was so kind and attentive. We had a horrible experience at the ER in the town over so finding this Urgent care was such a blessing. Clean, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Staff very nice and professional. The wait times in the patient room are too long. I do understand that it’s urgent care, and there are emergencies, but I would recommend shorter wait times.
I saw Dr. Joy for symptoms of vertigo and while my ears were not checked (and maybe they didn’t need to) he seemed knowledgeable about it and even called me the next day to see how I was feeling. (First time in years a doctor has done that!) Dr. Joy restored my faith in the urgent clinic, Thank you Dr. Joy!
