We just picked up the customer wedding ring I had made for my bride. As you would expect this was an extremely important project for us. Paul met with us three Separate times during the concept and design phase. He listened to our story and the story behind the heirloom gems and metal that would become the ring. He took the time to get to know my bride and her style. Paul was understanding and patient as we critiqued and modified his concept drawings. I was the most impressed when he sent the first casting back for modifications and recasting before we even saw it.
