I have several custom pieces that Paul James Jewelers has made for me which are all stunning: a new wedding ring (50th anniversary), custom earrings, art deco style bracelet, heart necklace and other items in the shop. We just picked up the customer wedding ring I had made for my bride. As you would expect this was an extremely important project for us. Paul met with us three Separate times during the concept and design phase. He listened to our story and the story behind the heirloom gems and metal that would become the ring. He took the time to get to know my bride and her style. Paul was understanding and patient as we critiqued and modified his concept drawings. I was the most impressed when he sent the first casting back for modifications and recasting before we even saw it. When I expressed my concern that the second casting was late in being returned the staff at Paul James Jeweler’s kept me informed and called me when it was received. The end product exceeded all our expectations. It is truly a custom piece of art that fits my bride to the tiniest detail. It will will fulfill its secondary purpose as multi-generational heirloom piece with a magical story.
We just picked up the customer wedding ring Paul created based on an idea and a 1950’s silver spoon handle. It is simply stunning!!!! The love and care he and his staff give to their customers is amazing!
