I really like how responsive they are when I called them. Very nice and pleasant to talk with. I had a friend come over and he helped me get my lawnmower working so I didn’t need them after all, but I’d definitely recommend them and use them in the future

This guy knows his stuff. I had already taken clothes dryer apart but was having trouble diagnosing issue. Rather than charge me, he walked me through diagnosis and repair over the phone so I could do it myself. These days, you just don't find customer service like that. Boom! Ordered the part, took only two days from Amazon, put it in, enjoyed dry clothes two days later. In contrast, another local company told me they would have to charge me minimum $80 to re assemble dryer and then disassemble to the point I was already at. WHAT?? Tim's Mobile Repair --doing things right for the Northstate!

Just had a lovely call with Mary who helps coordinate for Tim to come out on jobs. She was able to actually try and see if she could fit me in last minute, but also discuss and help give me some things to do to self diagnose whether our broken dishwasher was a dud or not so we didn't waste time or money. All around felt like a very kind experience with someone very down to earth and wanting to help. Ended up not needing them, but was impressed with their service.
