Tim provided advice without ever providing a service. He willingly shared his expertise with me via email and helped me take care of my issue myself. This is how you build trust with customers. When something bigger goes wrong I will be sure to go to Tim.

Recently had my dryer fixed. This should be the only place you call for appliance repair. If you’ve dealt with some other businesses in Shasta County, you’ll see why. Tim knows his stuff and provides efficient quality service. There was almost no delay, other than waiting for a part. Especially in this day and age, it is refreshing to see someone who is actually knowledgeable and good at their job. I would not hesitate to call on Tim again.

I really like how responsive they are when I called them. Very nice and pleasant to talk with. I had a friend come over and he helped me get my lawnmower working so I didn’t need them after all, but I’d definitely recommend them and use them in the future
