I have been a certified home inspector for over a year and have received my certification from ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). I have trained for over a year under "Bill Phillips" with Phillips Home Inspection and HERS rating. I would describe myself as reliable and consistent with a keen eye for detail. I always give a thorough and detailed inspection and try to make sure all parties involved are comfortable.
