What a great business this is. Had a minor problem with the fan on my HVAC system and, in this most busy season, Nicholas came out within just a couple of days of my call. Besides being quite courteous and friendly, he was very knowledgeable and cured the problem in just minutes. I highly recommend Mike's!
The whole crew at Mike's is amazing. We got a whole new unit in May 2024 to replace our 30 yo unit. It was a great price , installed quickly and professionally, and works amazing. I knew it needed replacement when I moved in 8 years ago, but coaxed it along (with Mike's techs help) until I could afford a new one. I'm in REU and even though my house is now cooler and I feel like I use the AC more, my electric bill has still been much more manageable. The old unit I was told every year when serviced, by all different companies i had tried, pulled a lot of power.
