When my 5 year old gas water heater stopped heating, I called the installation company, they said they did not do warranty work? I called the manufacturer and they suggested Enterprise plumbing. I called and they answered the phone, surprise number one, they said the could be out in a couple of hours and surprise number two, they called to say they were on their way in under two hours. They did a quick inspection gave me an estimate for labor not covered under warranty. I agreed, they had to order the parts but said they would be out the next day and surprise number three, they called to say they were on their way out the next morning. Same day service for a leak that kept me from using water normally for two weeks! Angelo sized up the job and quickly repaired the damage for a reasonable amount. I so appreciate his knowledge and competence.
