Sometime around December 22, 2025 I developed an issue with my lower back. Debilitating to say the least! Having been to Moore Chiropractic in the past I would become a patient again starting December 30, 2025. After having an xray and MRI it revealed that I definitely have some issues with my lower back. Bulging disc, fragmented disc, sciatica left side and nerve pain. I began my chiropractic therapy. Then introduced to the spinal decompression therapy.
When I first started chiropractic care and spinal decompression therapy, I was skeptical and unsure how much it would actually help. My treatment plan was recommended for six months, including regular decompression table sessions for 24 visits. I trusted the chiropractor and staff, even though I was uncertain about both the process and the financial commitment.
By my 12th visit, I seriously considered stopping treatment because I wasn’t sure I could afford to continue. Looking back now, I am incredibly grateful that I kept going.
After completing my 24th visit, I can honestly say my symptoms have improved dramatically. The nerve pain and discomfort have subsided greatly, and the spinal decompression treatments made a significant difference in my recovery and daily quality of life.

“A few years ago, a co-worker referred Dr. Gleason when my back was hurting so badly that I struggled for a deep breathe or even walk straight. I called and explained my situation and I was able to be seen that same day. Dr. Gleason didn't adjust me in the conventional way, he used some popper device and a message tool for about 15 minutes. Much to my surprise, I was able to get up from the table with ease and get a much needed deep breathe. Dr. Gleason asked if I had been moving or lifting anything heavy, which I had been moving storage boxes full of legal files around in the office, and he explained all the lifting and twisting caused a few ribs to become out of place.
