I paid for a package of buy 4 get 1 free face treatment back in 03/2022. The ladies and gentle man who work there told me to take a picture in case I would ever loose the certificate, it would be my proof of the purchase of the package and how many treatments I had left to use. OH MAN DO I WANT TO KICK ME IN THE BUTT! I misplaced the certificate and today I finally walked in. Took my daughter to get her eyebrows done and I bring up the picture of my lost certificate to the lady. The lady told me "IT WAS EXPIRED ALREADY. She said I "ONLY HAD 1 YEAR TO USE IT".
