I was greeted professionally and kindly and in a timely manner with swept through the beginning process very smooth everyone that helped me was professional and courteous I had a toothache pain at a 10 on memorial Day I was subscribed medication and was able to pick it up at Walmart I'm very pleased and thank you for the joyful experience no hassles that's my favorite
well overall I was at the hospital for about a week and all the nurses and doctors were very professional and very efficient as was my surgeon I fractured my hip so I had to have hip surgery and have a couple pins put in I hardly have any pain right now and I just had it done 4 days ago so I'm already up and walking around I must commend all the nurses there they were amazing very caring & my social worker was very nice and very forth coming with a lot of information that will help me in my future endeavors 😘 everyone really cared & were very nice.& professional❣️ I almost didn't want to leave 🤔 hmmmmm 🤔 LoL
I have had to go to West Anaheim Medical Center several times and each time I have been received by the most kind, caring and professional people there could be. From the Front Receiving area way back to the M.D's, P.A.'s Clerical, and even those in Kitchen who bring meals to patients...everyone of them have been very non-judgemental and wanting to meet my every need. It's not often you find this happening. I don't care what the co-pay is with this kind of service, they certainly deserve much more than what they are being paid.I hope even the Admin of West Anaheim Medical Center is able to read my comments because this facility, and those who are there providing services...read full review
