Today’s tune-up guy was fantastic!
The guy who sold me the system last year - David Gonzales was quite impatient and CARELESS & UNCONCERNED, tho!!
I had mold from a month-old water leak (where the burner is situated), but he wanted to rush the job and not give me time to treat the mold, which would have been very dangerous!
It’s not good to rush the job and take safety shortcuts!
Even in the sale, it wasn’t right to ask me not to speak to my neighbour who had installed his veteran system 6 months ago, saying he was offering me a 30% off-season discount over my neighbour, which was incorrect!!!... read full review

Steven did a thorough inspection of our Lennox heater after its first year in operation, and he answered our questions about the choice of filters for our heater. The heater is running well, and we expect to continue with this inspection service annually.
