This place was a God send! They were sooooo thorough, kind, and empathetic. They truly listened to us and our overall health concerns, not just regarding the eyes. The customer service was impeccable! They truly went above and beyond. Dr. Bansal also followed up with us some days later to see how my daughter was doing with her symptoms abc after brainstorming with some other colleagues regarding her mysterious eye discharge and pain. I honestly had the best experience! I had Patrick and Jeremy help me today, and they both were so great! Before today I have truly hated going to get my eyes checked.. I would cry at the thought of having to go, but these gentlemen were not only so welcoming, professional, nice, but super informative as well. They helped put my mind at ease and really helped me get excited for taking care of my vision. Thank you to the staff and students for your help today. I look forward to coming back again, and bringing my little one in as well. If you need a place to go and are worried about your insurance, this is the place.

Exceptional - Everyone from scheduling to reception and to the doctors that called the day before, with the bumpy-dots tip! Sally - terrific - did the low vision exam. Quite thorough and very knowledgeable on every level. She gave us plenty of advice and tips that will go a long way. Although it was a long trip to the Center, it was well worth it and would return. Thank you all very much!
