Jeff and his team helped refresh our entire exterior paint in September. The scope of work covered fixing/repairing/patching ALOT of old wood rot under the fascia, on multiple door frames, and also fixing some very old dingey paneling on the house. They also did a complete new exterior paint color and refreshed all framing, gates, ect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience in working with this team. I am a very happy with the final work product from Jeff and his team. Although I just needed work on a patch, I can tell they were very thorough and it appears that way with the final product. Also, Jeff is very good about communication and coordination. I look forward to continue working with Jeff and his team on future projects.
I contacted Universal Painting as well as two other highly-rated paint companies. Jeff, the owner, inspected the home and offered areas of concern that I had not even thought about. Although, Universal's bid was the lowest, I chose them for their integrity. Carlos and Oliver were always punctual, friendly and cleaned up each day. My home was not easy in that a 32 year old remodel included 256 individual window panes that required a lot of their time. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend Universal Painting & Coatings for any of your paint needs.
