I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the level of service my wife received from Dr. Patel. Her recent experience has left me frustrated and concerned about the lack of follow-up and communication regarding my medication.

Despite my wife being a patient and paid for visit and complete testing costing me and my insurance over $1,000, she was asking for refill during the appointment, and despite the assurance from the staff that the prescription would be sent and follow up, the staff did not respond to my pharmacy for over 3 weeks.

Dr. Patel is an effective communicator and an excellent physician. She is kind and displays a caring attitude. Her assistant is great too.Everyone at this location provide an amazing customer service.

Always the best! Dr. Patel and all her staff really care. Been going here for nearly 2 years. Never a bad experience, just good caring people. Thank you for always helping me.

Most recent trip, July 23rd, had an epidural for my ongoing sciatica. Dr. Patel was spot on, relief by the next afternoon!! The whole procedure was the best I've ever had, and I've had plenty!! Thank you!! Excellent doctor, excellent care!! Miracle I found her by luck but that's how it is sometimes!

Dr. Patel took a great deal of time with me and was genuinely concerned about my issues. I never felt rushed or intimidated at all. It was a comfortable setting...read full review
