Great customer service and great quality. Very professional manner and handling with the products (6 wooden ladders). The owner even helped me load them into my van and gave me ropes to tie them down so the ladders wouldn't shake too much during my trip back. He truly is a lifesaver.I would definitely recommend the Crate People for those who are interested in looking for all sorts of antique and vintage furnitures.
Amazing company to work with. Great product, great customer service. Delivery was on time and well communicated. Highly recommended. Our old kitchen cabinets and drawers were non-functional and dated. We wanted to replace the base cabinets, add a dishwasher and match the original upper cabinets. The Crate People worked with us seamlessly. We love the industrial style and it made our kitchen function as both a prep area and a great place to relax with friends. Great selection of wood wine crates from all over the world. I drove 1hr traffic to come here, but it was well worth it because I bought few beautiful wooden wine crates from Argentina and Italy.
