Ariel was very nice and understanding to accommodate my requests promptly. He is very responsive and answer any questions regarding the requested service. Quote is fair, in fact better than others with quality work and warranty.
The fuming crews were cool and make adjustment nicely to not covering the plants around my house. They found some leftovers that my parents forgot in the fridge, called to double check and take them out for me instead of throwing them away!

We noticed rotten wood on outside areas of our house, vibrations (creeking sounds) above us at night so i called a few termite companies i heard from radio station. One even came to evaluate and for some weird feeling, i wasn't convinced they were the right one so fortunately a friend told us to try Termigone, Ariel DeGuzman. Mr. Ariel was quick to give me his best man for the job, Mr. Erwin Arbolente. Mr. Erwin came to do a thorough evaluation of our property, he was respectful of our property & answered all our questions and gave us the feeling we could trust and rely on them. We agreed to have Termigone handle the tent fumigation, etc wood fix like our rotten wooden fence and never had any problems. Everything went smoothly and the process was painless from start to tenting and till final follow up. Great client service. Mr. Erwin was so helpful, trustworthy, professional. He and Mr. Ariel took good care of us. Now, our creeking wood has been eliminated (wow noises somehow went away), termites are dead (both the drywood and subterranean termites gone). Termigone has given us that peace of mind, safeguarded our single family home from termites and ensured its long-term stability. Thank you very much Termigone. Extra info: We also had good neighbors that offered to keep an eye out during tenting, they had outdoor cameras, also informed sheriff's office and activated ADT system even with windows slightly open. Or if you can afford a security guard, do so. This is something to plan ahead with & keep valuables in bank or with you. That's it for my review.
