Not sure if this tepa tax service is related to tepa mortgage company but Management company told.me owner of tepa canadian born with a thick beard left the premise without paying rent for 2 years. He dishonest person . he is doing businews in los angeles and glendale area. Scam artist doing money laundering. Who knows. I will edit this review so i can update owner of tepa.
