I love this place! I have been coming here since the beginning of this year and I have been 100% satisfied with the customer service and expectations! It’s super clean as well which is great!! This is sugar waxing and not traditional waxing! The women here are amazing, respectful and will talk you through your first time with such compassion! Kaydee is my go to sugarist and she is absolutely amazing! Also the products they have are a must have for aftercare and maintenance!
I came in today for the first time and my expectations were exceeded. From the moment you walk in the front desk was kind and welcoming they offer water or wine. Sam did my Brazilian wax and was so Mindful and considerate of the service being my first time. Her room was clean, and she made me feel so comfortable through the process.
Before coming here, I used to always get hard waxed but a friend recommended I try sugaring so I gave it a shot! I have never done this before and was getting a Brazilian which was super nerve wracking. Going in the place is super clean and there's a bathroom too. My sugarist was Sam and she was very informative about the benefits of sugaring and eased my worries by talking me through the whole thing! One thing that really made my experience was Sam because she went at a pace I was most comfortable with and always asked if I needed a break! The experience of getting waxed definitely hurt but the results will keep me coming back. I would definitely come back again and recommend Sugar & Glow and the Sugarist Sam!
