Scheduled a free consultation with him to get information on his services for my new small business I'm starting. We had a scheduled meeting, were chatting for about five min. During this time, he was negative about my business idea and told me it was "just an idea and I hadn't even done anything yet". Uh, ya, that's why I'm coming to you - for advice on how to incorporate and estimate taxes etc. Then, after only five min of talking, he said "Can you hang on a sec?" and put me on hold for over ten minutes. I eventually hung up. He never even called or emailed back. Very bad experience.

Had an appointment for a consultation. He was pretty condescending from the start. Then after about 5 minutes on the phone he asked to put me on hold, and either forgot I was on hold, or just had complete disregard for my time. I hung up, after waiting for 10 minutes, and never even got an email or call back explaining what happened.

My company was recently audited by the IRS and Sonny was able to help me negotiate with them. He saved us money and a giant headache. He dealt with all my concerns and made me feel less anxious. Dealing with the IRS is a scary thing!!
