My family used BugPro/John to deal with a bee colony occupying space between our roof and ceiling. John made quick and efficient work of removing the honeycombs and bees. He answered my many questions regarding the bee situation and the best next steps to handle the post-bee damage. Would definitely recommend John to any of my friends looking for pest control.
We used BugPro Termite when we were selling our home. They made scheduling easy as we were on a tight schedule to get the new homeowners in as well.They first came out to give us an estimate which took about an hour. We have dogs in the home and they called ahead of time as promised so we could better prepare. After receiving the Est. we compared the pricing and moved forward with Bugpro! Then came wood work which took about two days and then tenting. We are very appreciative of the whole team communicating with us via email and calls. Thank you for the great work Bugpro!
Johnny and his company honestly deserves 10+ stars. Not only is he knowledgeable and professional, he is such a great guy! I've used his services at least 3 times and every single time, he is very quick and VERY successful. His number is saved in our phone because we've had such great experiences with him. He's honest and has the best pricing. We've been working with a lot of different contractors and vendors since we just purchased an estate with endless maintenance and upkeep so we have been use to them price gouging us when they see how big the property is but Johnny has been the only one that has cut us a break. He has shown us so much kindness and positivity! I can't recommend him enough!!!
