The person who helped us was Miriam. She took the time to explain how things worked and what route would be the best to take with our circumstances. She was very friendly and willing to see the job through despite having to redo how our taxes were filed because we decided to change our minds after they were done. She was able to maintain the same positive attitude she had from the beginning of the service. This is my first time filing taxes with them personally, but I can say that the service was a 10/10, and if anyone, I trust Miriam’s and the owner’s judgment/input.
Super wonderful experience , coming here to do my taxes for the first time as well as finding a new tax place for my dad to do his taxes. They also accept walk-ins, which was super helpful accommodating to not only my schedule, but to my dad‘s schedule.
