Paid $27.99 for the Ceramic Duck Wash. The process was very straightforward with clear pricing, but the wash felt a bit too quick (as a bath) —I was out of the washing tunnel in just a few minutes. Honestly, it was hard to tell if or when all the services included in the package were actually done, only remember the washing foam , coating, below and tire shinning process…
The service itself was okay, but I think there is an opportunity to improve the customer experience. It would be great if employees were trained to greet customers with a smile and a friendly attitude. No one expects a red-carpet welcome, but a simple greeting and a little enthusiasm can make a big difference.
Unfortunately, the young lady who assisted me gave me the impression that she didn’t really want to be there, which made the experience feel less welcoming. I hope management takes this as constructive feedback, because good customer service is just as important as the service itself.
