My second time coming, short wait times and friendly, quality service. Today I arrived at 7:05pm. Front desk was quick and efficient, medical assistant respectful and nice. Dr Chen was very informative, polite with great bedside manner. This is my 1st choice for urgent care!
Service is great once you get in. The "save my spot in line" option on website does not put in line until you arrive and they then put you in queue. I thought my space was for 1 pm according to my "spot in line". I arrived at 1245 and was put in queue. I waited 90 minutes. So much for technology. Bill
I had a very good experience with this urgent care. Yes I had to wait 2 hours but if you went to ER it can be 5 hours. Dr. E was very nice and was very helpful. The front desk person was very nice as well. Thank you Dr E
