Wow! It's becoming more rare to find honest, knowledgeable, professionals. After speaking with several other HVAC companies, I was not only concerned but almost convinced that I needed a whole new HVAC system. Then a contractor friend told me to call Polar Bear saying "they have the experience to know for sure if it can be fixed, and, they will know how." Vanessa started to troubleshoot the problems of my unconventional set- up over the phone and spoke to the technician, Carl, in detail prior to the appointment.
