I’ve known Jim Barnes of Platinum Plumbing Services for a while through our local business network, and his team has a reputation that’s honestly well earned. Every time I’ve seen them help someone, they’ve been quick, reliable, and able to solve pretty much any plumbing issue thrown at them. They actually pick up the phone and they actually show up. Easy company to recommend.

I contacted three plumbing services on Sunday-requesting first AM service on Monday morning. one service NEVER returned my call. One service called about ten AM-said they MIGHT be able to be there some time in the afternoon. PLATINUM called me shortly after eight AM-said they could be to my home between nine and nine thirty. Nine AM on the dot-Casey was ringing my door bell. He worked on my problem for about forty minutes-at that point he suggested three options(including prices for each). I chose the fix and about four hours later the job was finished. The bathroom he worked on was CLEANER than before he started!!! Four hours straight-NO breaks..
