I really thought they were going to try to upsell me on every single thing, but that didn't happen at all. The pricing was better than expected Description of the problem was very detailed and had our ac up and running quickly. Also did point out what to look for in the future. Daniel was great.
Super quick to respond and they were able to come out the very next day during a heat wave to fix an AC issue. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. He diagnosed and took care of the problem quickly. A lot of other companies I called were scheduling over a week out just to come take a look, so I really appreciated how fast and reliable this team was. Would definitely recommend!
Jeff and his team at Next Level Heating and Cooling are truly top notch. Our AC stopped working around 9pm during a heatwave, and it was brutal. I posted on our local community page asking for help around 9:30pm and to my surprise, Jeff’s team reached out within 30 minutes(10pm!) Jeff came by the very next day, assessed the situation and provided a detailed and transparent quote.
After comparing a few more estimates, we ultimately chose to move forward with Jeff because of how honest, responsive, and thorough he was. He took the time to walk us through everything and his team was out the next day to complete the full replacement.
