I had my MTD kitchen for more than 4 years. We had friends coming over and really like the material and design. My style of kitchen is push in to open and after 4 years, 2 doors need to be retuned. I called customer service, and Rosario from service set up the service call for me within 48 hrs. The service is now completed and the kitchen is like new again. I appreciate MTD for the service. MTD customer Service is outstanding. Rosario from the Service Department went out her way to help me fix some minor issues I encountered with my cabinets after 3 years of use. Thank you so much MTD.

We had our new kitchen and bathroom cabinets from MTD installed in 2021. one of the self-closing drawers came a bit loose and the MTDKitchen service call dept. arrived almost immediately to help and fixed that drawers and even tightened the other drawers. we appreciate this great service for our new beautiful kitchen very much. thank you all again.
