Sylvia has been so helpful in the immigration process to bring my husband to the U.S. She is very knowledgeable and knew what paper work to send in. She was very attentive and was in touch throughout the process. In addition, she does our taxes every year as well as my husbands family’s taxes. Thank you Sylvia:)
I did my taxes at this location a couple of weeks ago. I heard of this place because my family has been doing them here for the past 6 years. The wait time was fast and the customer service was great and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was that all my information was written down on paper. Other tax places that I have gone to stored the information in the computer. Also I didn't really get to speak with the actual tax person that worked on my taxes. I would have liked to have talked to him about any investment options or real estate inquiries because I like to invest money. One of the best Income Tax Return filling place so far. I filled with Paul - he was very detailed, calm and was answering all my questions very politely. He just wanted to make sure that my all doubts should be resolved.
