This is an old Korean style doctor's samsam. I was very upset at American hospitals that only said kind words but did not provide proper diagnosis, testing, or treatment and spent weeks waiting for me. However, I was very happy that they examined and diagnosed me right away and even treated me on the spot. The staff were also friendly, contrary to the reviews.

This hospital is home to incredibly seasoned, swift, and precise doctor, and the cost for their services is entirely reasonable. Consequently, it is naturally crowded with patients. Many people have noted the fast and competent front desk lady, who often receives undeserved criticism for being rude. With a myriad of patients, including the elderly who sometimes can't understand quickly unless spoken to loudly, it is unfair to blame this efficient front desk girl for any perceived rudeness. I needed a hospital that operates quickly and efficiently, and this place perfectly met my needs. The lady managing the front desk was very rude - not leaving one star solely for the fact that another administrator stepped in and was a lot nicer with helping out. It was appalling watching the front desk treating customers so rudely even while waiting for our appointment. I would recommend not coming based on how rude the administration is. The techs and nurses also don’t communicate with you - the patient, leaving you in the dark about long waiting periods. It makes the process much more difficult and frustrating to deal with. Completely unprofessional.
