My MAI review, 5 years in the making…
We started our son at MAI as a little dragon over 5 years ago, and in that time he earned his Shodan/1st degree black belt (an exciting milestone in his life-long Karate journey). We are so pleased to see all of the positive growth that karate at MAI has given him. Through his karate journey he has learned self-defence and the importance of being physically active. He has developed confidence, discipline, and respect for himself and others.

Every time before class, he gets so excited and even practices the moves at home. The instructors are professional, patient, and very encouraging. They not only teach techniques carefully but also help the kids build confidence, focus, and good manners. Every class is full of positive energy, and my child is learning not only martial arts skills but also perseverance and respect for others.
I also joined the adult class myself, and I can truly feel both my body and mind becoming stronger. I have more energy, and my fitness has clearly improved.
