Every time before class, he gets so excited and even practices the moves at home. The instructors are professional, patient, and very encouraging. They not only teach techniques carefully but also help the kids build confidence, focus, and good manners. Every class is full of positive energy, and my child is learning not only martial arts skills but also perseverance and respect for others.
I also joined the adult class myself, and I can truly feel both my body and mind becoming stronger. I have more energy, and my fitness has clearly improved.

My brother and I attended here as kids 25+ years ago, and now that I have a daughter of my own, I've enrolled her here and she absolutely loves it so far. Sensei Rick is a great guy and they have some amazing people here. I know he hires from within, people that he trusts, knows well and for a long time. I think that's really important when it comes to who educates and spends time with our children.
SEARCH NO LONGER for the BEST Martial Arts Studio/Dojo Around!!! MAI has a WONDERFUL Staff & Sensei Family!! Everyone at MAI GENUINELY CARES about EACH STUDENT! Our daughter has developed mentally, physically & socially since attending MAI. In particular, we equally attribute our 5 year old daughter’s maturity to her Teachers & Senseis! MAI TRULY IS THE BEST!!
