Today was the first time i decided to get my lash done. Quinn is fantastic, friendly and professional. Im so happy i found her, they look amazing and much better than I had expected, they were perfect for my party day. I would highly recommend Quinn as a lash technician.

Every time I go to my appointment I ask for a lash brush and she always says she doesn't have any? Her prices have been raised and she can't give you a brush? Makes me wonder if she uses the same brush on everyone she lashes. That is unsanitary!

I've came to this place a handful of times now and the outcome is okay, but the customer service is aweful... Every time I go, she's late by 10 or 20 minutes at least and nobody is ever inside the building so you have to wait outside until SOMEBODY arrives and on top of that she has no incentives for the inconvenience... OH and not to mention, she didn't even wash her hands before touching my face... After waiting for so long after my appointment so many times, i won't be back. I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt
