This is the closest Kaiser to my home so I frequent this location to get my lab work done and to pick up my medication. The staff at this location is amazing (check-in, lab techs, and pharmacy). I have to get quarterly lab work done and I usually get this done on Fridays. Whenever I get Maria to draw my blood, I get so excited. I'm a hard stick so she takes proper steps to make sure she gets it on the first try. She also calls me "mamita" which is so comforting for me during an uncomfortable process since I'm such a baby with needles. I have to take a lot of medication so sometimes I forget to re-order my medication online and I have to physically go to this Kaiser to pick it up. Lunch time and after work are the worst times to go because they get super busy and the lines are long. They do their absolute best and say what you will but their pharmacists go above and beyond here. There was an issue with one of my medications and they called my doctors office. When they weren't available, they were honest and told me how long I should expect to wait. I couldn't stick around because I had to get back to work, so they took my number down and said they would do their best to reach another doctor to approve the changes to my medication. About a half hour later, they called me and told me my modifications were approved and I went to pick it up when I got off of work. Above and beyond customer service.

I have to say upon entering, there is plenty of parking. But not enough for handicap spots for those folks. I only had to use the pharmacy and they let me know it was a 25-minute wait. Yikes, I waited in the seating area and within 15_minutes my name appeared on pick up screen. Overall, experience was good. I got my to see this place in full swing, all pick up windows we're busy. I guess coming in a 12:30noonish is bad timing. The pick up line took longer then the actual placing of my order. So when you come, have patience and don't chat with the workers. This lady clearly held up the cashier, she spoke about the weather, ugghh poor cashier Juan. All employees were so graciously kind, with good customer service. This is why I gave them a 5 star.

After spending 30 minutes checking Kaiser website and here on Yelp to find if the Pharmacy is open today, Martin King holiday I even got an email today that my prescription was ready to pickup...but alas I wasted my time driving to pick up because they are closed...why send me an email to pick up if you are not open today.
