Went here on a wonderful recommendation for cheap good piercing for my ear lobe and was ignored by staff and my piercer was hardly paying attention to me. We arrived and she marked the spots with a pen and it was crooked. My friend remarked the spot so it would be even/ symmetrical. Then she still managed to pierce them crooked. We asked to fix them and she asked her manager who refused because of some mild bleeding that could occur. Ended up getting it fixed elsewhere. I paid $30

I truly wish I could've given a higher rating, i walk past this establishment every time I come to purchase from the plant plug. I've had the opportunity to speak to the owner, who in my opinion is more welcoming . First impressions are everything, upon arriving yes i was greeted but the attitude the whole vibe was in my opinion not welcoming . I didn't want that type of artist to work on me. I hope everyone's attitude and energy could be more welcoming .

I went for a nose piercing for my daughter she already had the piercing but it was closing ..so we came to ask is she needed to repierced my daughter was wearing a hoop only the the inside of the nose was open but not thru the whole piercing ..she use the same hoop that had flat ends to repierced Kayleen was soo unprofessional and she wasn't being careful she hurt my daughter!!! Then my friend wanted to get a nose piercing too then kayleen said she couldn't do it because she had no gloves that she wont have until tomorrow!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN !!! I DONT KNOW WHY I STILL WENT THERE AFTER AI SAW ON THEIR INSTAGRAM THERE'S AN AD THEY ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE... read full review
