Brian Chavez is an awesome person. I highly recommended him. He took his time in testing my system, explained in detail each step and made the necessary recommendations to my system.
Chris showed up when he said he would. He explained steps he would take to do a diagnostic. I left him to do his work as I continued mine. I checked periodically and each time he updated me on what he had done so far, what he found and continued until he was done. At that time he gave his diagnosis. He answered all my questions and I can say the overall experience was professional and and positive.
