We had some important needs that required prompt attention and after our "walk" on Wednesday June 28th, the Harvest crew had the most important and the largest tasks completed within 3 days! I was very thankful to them for their prompt attention to getting our trees and shrubs cared for. We also will be thankful when the trees that need replacing are completed.Alfredo has been an effective, enjoyable and punctual person to work with! I am a community manager with FIrstService Residential and have the great pleasure of working with Matt Elder. He previously was with Andre Landscape who removed some trees for a community of mine. When conducting a final walk, sadly, Matt had left Andre to Harvest and was not able to complete the job with Andre. When I spoke to Matt about a proposal from Harvest, he did ask how the job with Andre went and I let him know there were trees that were missed and I was going to reach out to Andre to finish. I have worked in the property management industry for five years. I've always had a great and professional working relationship with Matt Elder. When I heard he was going to be joining Harvest Landscape, I knew he was going to do great things for them. He always remains professional, on time, and is very responsive. I know if I have a Landscape or tree issue, he will personally take care of it for me. Thank you Matt for providing great service!
